Your Key Responsibilities Set up and operate a minimum of one CNC production process. Perform basic problem solving and troubleshoot to resolve production/process issues to meet required standards. Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced by machine. Monitor production process according to maintenance schedule and perform routine maintenance in timely manner. Required to perform inspection of own work using precision measuring equipment as provided or directed to assess quality of work. Follow and accurately record data as directed or required in routers, IMS and any other production tracking systems. Required to train other operators as needed. May be required to work in other departments or, occasionally, to set up a machine for others to operate. Ability to read and interpret production prints. Responsible for excellent housekeeping and maintaining 5S in all areas. Meet the skill requirements identified in the applicable training matrix, and maintain certification through company Certified Operator Program.
