This role ensures excellent customer order fulfilment, high availability, and cost efficiency across an omnichannel environment while fostering a strong performance culture aligned with values of sustainability, inclusion, and collaboration. What You’ll Be Doing Day‑to‑Day Direct, coach, develop, and inspire a fulfilment team within the CMP Collaborate closely with CMP Commercial and Unit Management teams to drive performance and operational excellence Build a strong culture of communication, flexibility, competence development, succession planning, and well‑being Secure high customer and co‑worker satisfaction at the lowest possible cost across omnichannel fulfilment Actively manage and improve results related to Happy Customer Score, Brand Capital, iShare survey, and reviews Ensure quality and productivity in fulfilment operations with a focus on retail foundation, services, and continuous improvement Drive cost optimisation, sustainability initiatives, and operational efficiencies Execute fulfilment strategies in line with the Country Customer Fulfilment Business Plan and Commercial Direction Required Skills & Qualifications Required University degree in Economics, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent relevant experience 3‑5 years of experience in a management role within distribution, retail, logistics, or supply chain environments Proven ability to lead change and influence business results through collaboration Fluent French (spoken and written) Intermediate English (spoken and written) to support communication with colleagues, clients, and partners outside Quebec Preferred Experience working as part of a senior or cross‑functional management team Strong background in omnichannel fulfilment or retail operations Additional Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills Analytical mindset with focus on quality, productivity, and cost control Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion About This Work Area We’re the team behind the scenes that makes products available to the many people.
