Overview Senior Product Manager, Security Products and Services (Senior Digital Product Manager) — House of Commons of Canada / Chambre des communes du Canada. Job Description The House of Commons’ Digital Services and Real Property is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the management, enhancement, and delivery of physical security systems and services that support the House of Commons. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with key stakeholders to define security strategies, set priorities, and ensure successful implementation of initiatives that protect people, assets, and infrastructure in alignment with organizational objectives. Your portfolio will focus on physical security technologies and technical support, including access control systems, surveillance infrastructure, intrusion detection, and secure facility design. You will oversee security roadmaps, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and vendor relationships, while fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead a multidisciplinary team in the management, enhancement, and delivery of physical security systems and services. Collaborate with stakeholders to define security strategies, set priorities, and implement initiatives that protect people, assets, and infrastructure. Oversee security roadmaps, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and vendor relationships. Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. Qualifications Education: Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience. Experience: Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a technology-driven or comparable environment. Experience defining and implementing strategies, roadmaps, and priorities for products and services. Experience managing external partner relationships. Adept at identifying opportunities for operational enhancements and coordinating efforts among various stakeholders. Experience effectively delegating tasks and responsibilities to ensure successful execution of mandates. Assets: Experience working with security, physical, cyber, etc.; Experience in crafting and articulating strategic visions and actionable plans; Experience managing budgets and resource allocation; Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing staff; Experience working with high-profile stakeholders or clients; Thorough understanding of parliamentary procedures and culture in the House of Commons.
