Analyste II, Centre des opérations, Finances – TD Purpose: Provide financial analysis, operational support, and reporting for TD Finance, enhancing performance and process efficiency. Responsibilities Provide financial analysis and advanced general finance/accounting support as assigned. Understand business partner/department objectives and recommend actions to management based on analysis. Analyze financial performance against benchmarks, reconcile variances, research and explain findings. Coordinate and execute internal and external finance/research projects, audits, and reporting processes. Support collection of data and research, coordinating with various finance areas. Provide thorough data analysis, interpret findings, and recommend improvements; refer complex issues beyond own level. Act as key Finance Support resource/specialist for functional unit, providing technical expertise. Act as conduit/coordinator/facilitator engaging partners and expertise on key operational issues. Analyze process drivers, root causes of cross‑functional issues, and recommend improvements. Document and investigate processes/exceptions beyond first‑level operations; resolve escalated matters. Develop and execute reporting functions; produce consolidated or aggregated reports. Manage relationships with customers and other TD Finance areas. Qualifications High School diploma (required). Undergraduate degree or college diploma (preferred). 3+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting. Compensation $57,100 – $80,600 CAD (base salary). Eligible for discretionary variable remuneration based on company and individual performance. Location & Schedule Dieppe, Nouveau‑Brunswick, Canada. Full‑time: 37.5 hours per week, onsite 4 days a week (flexible as required).
