Job OverviewSenior Valves Sales Manager – Remote USAre you a Valves Sales Manager seeking a new opportunity? Baker Hughes is the leading energy technology company delivering solutions across the energy value chain. We are looking for a high‑impact leader to drive sales growth for our Masoneilan and Consolidated valve lines.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with sales teams to identify new valve growth opportunities within the specified region and industry.Develop and foster relationships with key decision makers at EPCs, OEMs, and End Users involved in the selection and purchase of control and relief valves.Expand Baker Hughes valves sales volumes through coordinated project pursuit and customer engagement.Conduct external and internal market research and prospecting to build a robust, qualified sales pipeline.Coordinate, where applicable, with channel partner sales teams to effectively cover key project stakeholders.Share best practices within the region and with global sales teams.Provide regional market intelligence and customer intelligence in the fast‑growing Energy Transition industry.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or high school diploma plus 10+ years of experience in the Energy Sector.5+ years of experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service within the control valves, automation, and/or process control industries.Strong background in industrial B2B product sales, including knowledge of customer project timing, budget creation, strategic sales, and negotiation.Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels, with the ability to influence others through data and experience.Demonstrated experience working with cross‑functional teams in a global‑matrix environment.Willingness to travel for business up to 50% of the time.BenefitsContemporary work‑life balance policies and wellbeing activities.Comprehensive private medical care options.Life insurance and disability programs.Tailored financial programs and 401(k) matching.Education assistance.Generous parental leave.Mental health resources.Dependent care.We are an equal‑opportunity employer.
