This position offers:A role focused on process improvement, automation, and continuous improvement strategies.Opportunities to collaborate with senior leaders and influence business transformation.Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.If you’re a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for driving measurable results, this is a role for youJob DescriptionWork with Process Improvement Leads and Process Automation Analysts, providing guidance and stakeholder engagement.Oversee a portfolio of process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Operational Excellence strategy.Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable business results.Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build organizational capability in process improvement and change management.Establish and champion Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks, tools, and templates to standardize processes across the organization.Collaborate with senior leaders and key process owners to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.Lead automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) intake and management, ensuring successful deployment and adoption.Support change management activities, addressing roadblocks and ensuring smooth implementation of new processes and technologies.Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.Continuously identify and implement improvements within the department and across the organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Day-to-Day ActivitiesSupport the priorities of multiple teams and provide coaching to ensure successful project delivery.Engage with stakeholders at all levels to build alignment and secure sponsorship for initiatives.Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate progress and results.Collaborate with Business Analysts on business cases for technology and automation initiatives.Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and best practices.RequirementsPost‑secondary diploma or degree in a related field.5+ years of experience in process improvement and change management.Training in Process Management, Change Management, Quality Management, and/or Lean methodologies.Proven ability to lead change and influence at all organizational levels.Solid financial acumen (budgeting, ROI analysis) and project management expertise.Familiarity with Caterpillar or the Caterpillar dealer organization is an asset.ImportantThis position may be based out of Edmonton, Calgary, or Fort McMurray town shop facilities.Permanent, full‑time role.Monday – Friday, 5x2 role.If you’re ready to lead process improvement initiatives and deliver transformational results, apply todayEqual Opportunity EmployerAt Finning, we prioritize creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
