Responsibilities Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and junior employees. Perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following manufacturer repair instructions. Notify the Body Shop Advisor immediately when additional work is needed. Examine all vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required. Perform all work as authorized on the repair order, in accordance with company and factory standards. Supervise work of apprentices or students; report deficiencies to the Production Manager. Attend factory‑sponsored and dealer‑specified training courses as scheduled. Keep abreast of all factory technical bulletins. Learn and understand emerging automotive technologies. Other duties as required by management. Qualifications Body Shop Technician, fully licensed (310B) is an asset. 3–5 years experience with auto body repair. Experience with insurance collision repair and pre‑owned reconditioning work. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Valid Ontario Driver’s License and good driving record. Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed. Must be team‑oriented, hardworking with a positive attitude. Ability to work overtime when required. Benefits Excellent management support and guidance.
