What you can expect to do here: Compile and present geological and geotechnical data for project teams. Assist with engineering design tasks using geotechnical modeling software. Process instrumentation data and perform calculations to support design decisions. Support field investigations, including borehole drilling, instrumentation installation, and construction supervision. Collaborate with engineers and technical specialists to deliver innovative solutions for mining, transportation, and renewable energy projects. What you’ll bring to WSP: Currently enrolled in a Civil or Geological Engineering program, and ideally completed year 3 or 4. Completed coursework in soil mechanics or geotechnical engineering. Strong interest in geotechnical engineering and willingness to learn. Comfortable working in both office and field settings. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for field work.
