Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, sound judgment and attention to detail. Conduct post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather valuable feedback. What we look for… CDK experience is an asset. Previous experience in customer service or appointment coordination, preferably in the automotive industry.
