Overview Position: Temporary Part-time Team Lead Site: St. Clair College South Campus 2000 Talbot Rd West Hours: Sat/Sun 0600-1800 Payrate: $21.29/hour Posting Date: 12/29/2025 Internal Closing Date: 1/2/2026 External Closing Date: 1/30/2026 Key Responsibilities Understand the St. Clair College Parking Policies as well as City By-Laws and Ontario Highway Traffic Act and how they correlate with each other Daily inspection of Pay and Display Machines. Clear coin jams, paper jams, and replace paper as required. Perform basic troubleshooting steps and report issues to Parking Coordinator Daily inspection of Parking Lot Gates. Perform basic troubleshooting steps and report issues to Parking Coordinator Respond to, and assist customers with the use of Pay and Display Machines and Gates Identify vehicles to be immobilized, relocated, or removed from college property Install or remove immobilization device to/from vehicles Parking lot vehicle counts Traffic Control for special events, emergencies, or bus loop as required Assist with emergency procedures where required Work in an outdoor environment in all types of weather including heat, rain, snow and cold Prerequisites Valid Security License for the province of Ontario Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C (from a WSIB-approved vendor) Covid Vaccine two doses Valid G Class Ontario Driver’s License & Clean Drivers Abstract – Driving required English (oral and written) fluency is a must Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred. Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position Please be aware: The UoF/MOAB training is not paid as it is a pre-requisite; however, Paladin will cover all of the costs of the training with a 6-month commitment to the position/availability Legally authorized to work in Canada Why choose Paladin?
