Alliance Employment Group is looking for aRecruiterto join our internal Etobicoke team Job Responsibilities Include: Providing full cycle recruitment support for all clients Creating and promoting job advertisements Scheduling and performing interviews with candidates Registering potential candidates in person or online/updating candidate information in our database Ensuring the organization and confidentiality of important paperwork and employee documents Provide assistance in sales, running a full 360 desk Requirements Include: Post secondary education in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of previous high volume recruitment experience, agency experience preferred Previous recruiting experience in labour, industrial, warehouse industries Excellent written, verbal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Self motivated and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends depending on client needs Note: Location: In office, no remote or hybrid available at this time No AI is being used in the hiring process.
