The role will involve being a key member within our front office customer service staff, with primary responsibility managing the processing of Vehicle Titles and Registrations during our auction cycles for our consignors as well as buyers.This is a Part-Time position. We have 6 scheduled Regional Event auctions per calendar year at our Bolton, Ontario site. Hours of operation are typically 8 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday, approximately 30 hours per week. We'll occasionally need you to work extended overtime hours (evenings and weekends) during auctions, occurring 6 times per year. You will be required to maintain a valid driver's license.In This Role You'llEnsure that superior customer service is delivered at all times to customers and be able to collaborate with internal departments successfully as a team playerProcess registerable assets for sales. Will work closely with the operations team of inspectors and equipment specialists to assist with VIN verification proceduresCommunicate with consignors and sales staff regarding required informationTrack interactions relating to customer requests and proactively report areas of customer concerns.Resolve issues and track interactions relating to customer accounts.Provide information related to past and upcoming auctions and equipment.Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.
