Job DescriptionReporting to the Product Management Director, you will play a key role as a change agent in developing and optimizing product programs to meet the needs of the UAP network and enhance its market competitiveness.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to maximize sales, margins, and inventory management.Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate agreements and ensure optimal competitiveness.Introduce new product lines and identify growth opportunities.Design marketing plans and promotions to support sales growth. Chef.fe de marché senior – UAP-2025Act as a product expert for internal teams (training, support, problem-solving).Ensure that suppliers adhere to the established policies and performance standards.Optimize inventory management while minimizing product duplication.Support, mentor, and coach team members to foster their growth and development.QualificationsIn order to join our team, you will need :Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and / or a related field of study with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, as you will work closely with colleagues and clients across Canada.Knowledge of Access (asset)Additional InformationUAP is a diverse community that promotes inclusion and respect.
