The incumbent will be part of a dynamic team testing a large-scale, high-performance market surveillance system to monitor financial exchanges and ATS’s in Canada. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation. The incumbent will be part of a dynamic team testing a large-scale, high-performance market surveillance system to monitor financial exchanges and ATS’s in Canada. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.Core Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and ensure software quality.Perform and automate regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected by new changes.Identify, document, and track bugs using Azure DevOps. Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues, ensuring that all bugs are addressed in a timely manner.Develop and maintain test cases within Azure DevOps. Link test cases to corresponding work items to ensure comprehensive test coverage.Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using Azure DevOps.
