The successful candidate will possess (or is eligible to obtain) a valid Manitoba Security License and will be required to maintain the certification. A valid class 5 license is an asset. Standard First Aid and CPR "C" are required.The Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day operations at the client's site. The supervisor will have exceptional communication skills and superior reporting abilities. The Supervisor is required to attend regular client meetings and represent Paladin Security in a professional and courteous manner at all times. The Supervisor will attend and oversee large-scale incidents that may require extensive emergency response experience, along with incident command and emergency management skills. Some incidents may involve criminal activity where an experienced law enforcement/investigative background may be beneficial to carry out the investigation. The Supervisor will work very well under pressure, knowing when to bring issues to management. Microsoft experience is considered necessary for this position.
