Biologist New Graduate (Ontario) (2026) AtkinsRéalis is seeking a passionate and talented New Graduate Biologist to work with our environment team on exciting infrastructure projects across Canada. Overview As we continue to grow, one key project you will work on is the Alto high‑speed rail project, connecting Québec City to Toronto, as an experienced partner within the Cadence consortium. Your role Contribute to a wide range of environmental assessment and management projects, including planning, coordinating and conducting biological surveys to ensure regulatory compliance. Perform field‑based environmental monitoring and habitat assessment, prepare monitoring and mitigation plans, conduct desktop research, prepare permit applications and contribute to technical reports. Collaborate with colleagues, regulatory agencies, construction contractors and stakeholders. About you Upcoming graduate of 2026. Relevant Bachelor’s degree in an Environmental Biology pathway, with field experience in planning, conducting and/or managing biological studies (e.g., wildlife, vegetation, wetlands, fish and fish habitat studies). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Valid driver’s licence.
