If you're ready to take the next step in your underwriting career and make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you Come join our team What You'll Do Assess and evaluate risks for new and existing business (Fleet, Garage), with a focus on National Fleets Analyze reports to resolve adequate exposure and loss ratings. Maintain awareness of market trends, pricing levels and policy form amendments. Manage and negotiate renewal terms for the retention of business. Work with brokers to develop new business opportunities Apply loss control and risk management practices in the underwriting process. Respond to inquiries from brokers regarding modification to policy files in a timely and efficient manner. Build and maintain excellent broker relationships and management of assigned broker portfolios. Provide excellent Customer service. What You'll Bring 5–10 years of Commercial Auto underwriting experience (Fleet & Garage) CIP designation (completed or in progress) preferred Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Comfortable working independently and in a hybrid team environment Proficient with standard business software; RTM system knowledge is an asset Able to manage deadlines and perform well under pressure What You'll Get Compelling rewards package including base compensation, eligibility for annual bonus, retirement savings, share plan, health benefits, personal wellness, and volunteer opportunities.
