Mascot Team Lead Responsible for working alongside our Mascot Performers as Hasbro characters promoting the Mall’s different attractions. Primary Responsibilities Supervising meet and greet opportunities with Hasbro character Mascot Performers and guests. Acting as an interpreter between the Mascot Performers and guests. Acting as the Mascot Performer’s eyes and ears as well as a public relations ambassador. Answering questions and providing information to guests regarding character meet and greets. Communicating with guests to form and maintain proper lines for character meets. Ensuring performer and guest safety at all times. Following character training guidelines at all times. Desired Qualifications Applicants must enjoy working with the public, require minimal supervision, and possess the ability to be energetic throughout guest interactions. Previous experience entertaining children is a definite asset. Previous customer service experience is an asset. Must be able to pass a basic security clearance. Terms Of Employment This is a part-time position that requires flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
