Responsibilities Correctly interpret blueprints, specifications and project plans Pre-fab gang forms, job built stick forms, install forms and ensure quality control of formwork Stripping and removal of concrete forms after pours Provide support to the concrete foreman with project layout and elevation shooting Help manage and prevent occupational hazards and ensure the site meets all safety standards Install form ties and miscellaneous formwork hardware Align, straighten, plumb and square forms for installation Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces and other temporary structures Construct suspended slabs Install handrails Report any unsafe work practices or safety hazards to Foreman Requirements / Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license and your own vehicle Interpret blueprints, specifications and project plans Ability to support project layout and elevation shooting Commitment to safety and meeting site safety standards Install form ties and formwork hardware Experience with scaffolding, shoring, braces and other temporary structures is preferred Ability to construct suspended slabs and install handrails Benefits $27.76 - $47.48/Hour Weekly Pay Health Benefits & Plans Vacation Pay Hourly Premiums Become a member of CLAC union Retirement Savings Programs Training & Growth Opportunities Apprenticeship Opportunities Equipment/Tool/Boot Allowances Travel Allowances Full Time Steady Work Company Values People - Supporting our people to thrive.
