Future Opportunities: Customer Experience Associate Roles in Markham and Scarborough (Cantonese and/or Mandarin Speaking) Work Location: Markham, Ontario, Canada Hours: 37.5 hours per week Line of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Pay Details: 22.50 - 28.33 CAD (base pay varies by skills, experience and geographic location) Job Description At TD Canada Trust, we are the frontline of TD Bank. We build deep, long‑lasting relationships with our customers by performing a broad range of customer service transactions and providing information and advice on products, services and solutions to existing or prospective TD customers. Our goal is to create a positive customer experience while promoting appropriate banking solutions. In This Role, You Will: Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and bill payments according to standardized operating procedures, industry regulations and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. Identify and understand customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions while exercising discretion in confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard activities when necessary. Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and timely. Build personal connections with customers and communicate banking solutions and processes clearly. Help create a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development. Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed on routine activities. Deliver high‑quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to achieve operational excellence. Job Requirements High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment. Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage. A go‑getter who exercises initiative, is accurate and detail‑oriented to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities. A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills who can connect verbally and in writing with different people calmly, courteously and effectively. Language Requirement: Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required.
