We are assisting in the search for a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead critical technology initiatives within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA migration project.Key DetailsPosition: Senior Infrastructure Project Manager – SAP COSMOS ProgramEmployment Type: ContractDuration: Until December 31, 2026Workload: 35 hours/weekLocation: Remote work within proximity of Montreal or Toronto metropolitan areasProject ContextThe COSMOS S/4HANA program is a multi-year strategic initiative to migrate from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. Entering its third year, the program involves collaboration with a global systems integrator. This role is focused on the technical infrastructure stream, encompassing:Infrastructure architecture and resilience (DR, high availability, upgrades)SAP system landscape management and integrationsSAP user interface technologies (Fiori/GUI)ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate technical and infrastructure-related SAP projects, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standardsOversee SAP system sizing, landscape architecture, environment builds, and RICEFW deploymentCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including enterprise architects, analysts, finance, procurement, and operationsImplement robust project governance frameworks and performance metrics (KPIs)Manage risks, issue resolution, and financial oversight; contribute to business case developmentEnsure alignment with established PMO methodologies and documentation practicesCoordinate deliverables with both internal and third-party project managersSupervise third-party execution of SAP Security features, including Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)Required ExpertiseSAP & Technical SkillsMinimum 5 years of hands‑on SAP experienceParticipation in at least 2 full‑cycle SAP implementations, including S/4HANAFamiliarity with SAP system sizing, installations, and technical landscape managementExperience with SAP RISE or cloud‑based deployments (strong asset)Knowledge of SAP Security and GRC tools (asset)Project Management5–7+ years managing large‑scale IT initiatives, ideally with budgets in the $5–10M+ rangeProven track record in multi‑vendor environmentsProficiency with SAP Activate project methodologyCapable of independently managing the scope of third‑party vendorsInterpersonal & ManagerialStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to lead global, distributed, and matrixed teams, both onshore and offshoreHighly organized, detail‑driven, and adept at producing high‑quality documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr
