102 Central St, Warman, SK S0K 0A1, CanadaJob DescriptionPosted Friday, December 19, 2025 at 6:00 AMDiamond Centre Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Warman, Saskatchewan.Patient Focused Care ResponsibilitiesSupport pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in providing high-quality patient careGreet customers and answer phone calls in a professional mannerAssist with entering, labeling, and packaging prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist or pharmacy technicianAccurately count, measure, and package medications according to established protocolsReceive and stock medication and supply shipments, monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and support inventory auditsKeep the pharmacy area clean and organized; safely dispose of expired medications and hazardous waste in accordance with regulationsPerform clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and assist with insurance claims and prescription transfersAssist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Assistant in a retail pharmacy with a preliminary understanding of the pharmacy business.Completion of a pharmacy assistant program is an asset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to thrive in a team environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSkilled in using Kroll and highly accurate and efficient in prescription data entry.Ability to stand for long periods and occasional lifting of boxes/containersWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededScheduleThe position offers 24 to 40 hours per week and will transition to full-time on June 1, 2026.Shifts vary and may include Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.8-hour shiftPaid vacationComprehensive health and dental benefitsOpportunity for career growth and professional development supportWho We AreNeighbourly Pharmacy is Canada’s largest and fastest growing network of community pharmacies.
