If you've dreamed of starting your own business but lack the training, support, and resources, RBC provides what you need for your career and personal growth.What you do best :You possess excellent people and problem-solving skills that help you build and maintain client relationships.You are a self-starter, eager to make your day your own.You are driven to do meaningful work by providing strong planning and financial advice to help people reach their life goals.How you’ll succeed in this role :Utilize RBC Dominion Securities’ strong brand and reputation to build a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, managing their complex financial needs.Leverage RBC’s extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans.Foster trusted, often multi-generational, long-term relationships through personalized service and advice.Establish and maintain reciprocal relationships with RBC partners such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance to support your clients comprehensively.A few details about what we’re looking for :4-6 years of outbound sales experience, comfortable earning 100% commission.Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or willingness to complete prior to start date.A passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management.Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals.Nice to have :Experience in direct marketing, financial services, and success in high-value sales and business development, regardless of industry.Completed the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).What’s in it for you?
