Overview Associate Director, Paid Search & Social (Remote Canada) role at Directive Consulting. Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency that specializes in SaaS and tech companies. Our Customer Generation methodology prioritizes SQLs and customers over traditional MQLs, with services including Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative and Design, Video, Revenue Operations, and Strategy to help clients hit SQL targets. Role And Responsibilities Goal Setting: As D s are directly responsible for setting the goals for every client engagement in their pod. Best Practices: Ensure that every client follows best practices across all channels and mediums, including: LTV:CAC modeling Customer Generation Share of SERP Functional Content Breakdown Barriers: Understand decision moments and support strategists in earning a yes; ensure roadblocks are discussed in 1x1 conversations and that an action plan is established. Accountability: Build structure, cadence, and clear communication to empower the team and set expectations.
