Job Responsibilities Set‑up, maintain and close out project files and study information (e.g., KPIs, regulatory documents, Trial Master File (TMF), enrollment, adverse events, protocol deviations, site supplies, institutional review board re‑approvals, data queries) across multiple databases and systems. Maintain and distribute study‑specific financial reports (e.g., vendor/site invoices, investigator payments, forecasts). Lead internal and external meetings as directed by the Project Lead, prepare meeting minutes and action items, and follow up with team members to closure. Record the status of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in assigned systems, assess and communicate KPIs for associated job tasks to the Project Lead with proposed action plans, and prepare status reports for customers. Ensure all study documents are archived per guidelines and policy. Serve as project representative for internal and external audits, supporting quality assurance activities, including audit preparation and resolution of actionable issues. Act as primary customer contact when the Project Lead is out of the office, seeking input from the Project Director for customer support. Mentor and train Project Specialists. Hold proficiency in French and English.
