Position Maintenance Associate - Spruce Grove at Airswift Location Spruce Grove, AB Employment type Contract Schedule Monday to Friday - Day Shift (6:30 AM to 3 PM) Job Summary The Maintenance Associate performs routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is ready and delivered on time to meet operational needs. This role is essential for supporting maintenance efficiency, asset availability, and overall reliability at the company’s Maintenance Base or Center. Key Responsibilities Carry out assigned maintenance activities under the supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Technician. Follow all safety procedures and company standards during maintenance operations. Accurately record maintenance data in the company’s systems. Assist with equipment preparation and ensure timely delivery for operational use. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a hands‑on environment. Basic mechanical aptitude; prior maintenance or labor experience is a plus. Commitment to safety and attention to detail. Work Conditions Requires working in a maintenance shop or base environment. May involve lifting, moving equipment, and standing for extended periods.
