Please note, the top of our compensation range is typically reserved for candidates who possess specific industry experience that directly aligns with our organization and open position. However, IT/IQ will ensure fair and competitive compensation packages to all candidates. A reasonable estimate for the current pay rate includes a base salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000, coupled with an uncapped bonus plan.
