Senior Technical Project Manager

bioMérieux is looking for a senior technical project manager to join the LUMED solution development team.This role blends traditional project management expertise with agile methodologies to successfully deliver complex initiatives. The position involves overseeing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives through effective planning, risk management, and agile facilitation. The Project Manager will maintain clear communication with stakeholders, coach teams on agile best practices, and manage documentation and knowledge sharing to foster continuous improvement and seamless transitions.Required qualificationsRelevant certification or degreeMinimum of 4 years’ experience in project management or as scrum masterStrong knowledge of project lifecycleProficiency in Scrum and agile developmentAbility to monitor projects with cross‑functional teamsExcellent communication skillsAbility to identify risks, resolve issues, and make data‑driven decisionsGood oral and written communication skills in both French and EnglishOther requirementsTeam spiritIntelligenceOrganizational skillsFlexibility, adaptability, and open‑mindednessAutonomybioMérieux offers a stimulating work environment with a mission of high social impact, competitive compensation, and a good work‑life balance.
