Position #: 9007587 Expected Start Date: February 23, 2026 Union: HSAS Facility: Northwest Community Lodge City/Town: Meadow Lake Department: Recreation Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Hours of Work: 14 shifts of 8 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Recreation Therapist - Degree $36.826 to $45.031 Travel Required: Yes Job Description The Multi‑Site Recreation Therapist – Degree is responsible for managing a clinical caseload and providing direct Recreation Therapy services across three northern locations. This role encompasses assessment, intervention planning, implementation of evidence‑informed practices, evaluation, and documentation of Recreation Therapy services in alignment with client‑centered care principles. The Multi‑Site Recreation Therapist oversees the delivery and coordination of Recreation Therapy services for assigned programs and teams and provides oversight and mentorship to recreation therapy staff. The Multi‑Site Recreation Therapist is expected to work in accordance with the Canadian Therapeutic Recreation Association (CTRA) Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
