With flexible scheduling options, we prioritize work-life balance while helping our clients maintain a high quality of life in their homes.Areas and LocationAreas where we are looking for casual Health Care Workers: Richmond, BCPay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hourResponsibilitiesAs a casual Health Care Worker, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Providing assistance with personal care and medications.Conducting light meal preparation and homemaking services.Offering companionship and emotional support.Assisting with medical escort servicesAssisting with medication managementCompetencies and QualificationsExperience working with seniors and/or individuals with disabilities.Willingness to work both short and long shifts.Possession of a Health Care Aide certificate and BC registry number is an asset.Reliability, punctuality, and a positive and friendly attitude.Willingness to commute to designated locations.A clear criminal record check with a vulnerable sector clearance.Possession of a driver's license with your own vehicle is an asset.BenefitsFlexibility in choosing your preferred hours.24/7 support from our team of coordinators and nurses.Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided before your first shift.We are committed to recruiting individuals who demonstrate a genuine passion for enriching lives through compassionate care.
