This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full‑time seasonal role. Role & Responsibilities Receive paid training to qualify as a Tour Guide and Licensed Boat Captain Be prepared for a fast‑paced work environment with changing conditions Demonstrate a positive attitude and good communication skills Ensure that a high level of customer service is given to each guest Deliver high‑standard interpretive commentary on board each tour Safely operate tour boats, in accordance with Transport Canada regulations Master Limited 60 Ton (all training provided and paid for) Maintain trip and mechanical logs, report boat performance issues Participate in the global effort to keep all areas of Minnewanka clean and wildlife safe NOTE: Transport Canada regulations state that in Canada only Canadian or permanent residents of Canada can work on Canadian vessels. TC form #82‑0701. Required Skills & Qualifications High attention to detail and good communication skills Ability to multitask in fast paced environments Ability to think calmly and clearly in any situation Strong customer service skills Public speaking skills Mechanically inclined Second language an asset Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC), support and course reimbursement provided To honour our commitment to be “Always Honest” all employees must consent to a criminal record check The starting wage for this role is $20.00/hour.
