The Business Intelligence Analyst will support the design, development, and maintenance of reports within our PowerBI reporting environment. They will also research other areas of the business to provide reporting, data, and analysis to help others make well-informed decisions.Key AccountabilitiesCollects, monitors and analyzes data in order to create reports for decision support and analysisDesign, develop, test, and maintain reporting solutions in our PowerBI reporting environmentDevelops, maintains and distributes ad-hoc reports for all functional areasTranslate complex data sets into clear and compelling visualizationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to develop reports that meet specificationsBuilds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersRecommends actions by analyzing and interpreting dataCreate and maintain relevant documentation during report developmentConstruct and maintain robust data models to support dynamic and scalable reporting solutionsCollaborates with the Data Integration team for new report development and ongoing data integrity monitoringPresents reports and analysis to internal stakeholders individually and on occasion to small groupsValues teamwork, ownership, people, integrity and community.A Few Other Things We’re Looking ForPost-secondary education in related field with 1-2 years of work experience in a similar roleExcellent Microsoft Office skills: Excel and PowerPoint requiredDemonstrated proficiency with Power BI or other business intelligence and data visualization servicesSelf-motivated with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailMust possess excellent communication and presentation skills and be comfortable interacting with executive level leadershipStrong problem solving and analytical skillsHighly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlinesStrong judgement, decision-making and discretion with sensitive dataAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat’s in it for you?We’ll offer you a competitive salary and top-notch company paid benefits.
