You will get to Diagnose the cause of any malfunction on a customer’s vehicle. Perform appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiency. Complete approved service on customer vehicles. Test and adjust vehicle systems to manufacturer’s performance specifications. Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune‑ups. Advise customers and associates on work performed, general vehicle condition and future repair requirements. Maintain mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis. Operate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner. Support customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries. What does it take to get on track? Red Seal status in the Automotive Service Technician trade required. Ability to conduct an out‑of‑province and commercial vehicle inspection an asset. Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and skills required to provide mechanical service to our customers. A diagnostic specialist that enjoys keeping up with modern technology. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to providing a superior customer experience. Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract from province of residence on an annual basis.
