We are a smart, creative, and passionate group proudly making custom products locally in Toronto for the global market.What you’ll doOwn and execute Google Ads campaigns, including:Campaign setupBudget settingKeyword researchAsset group managementOngoing optimizationManage Google Ads campaigns directly on the ad platform with a deep understanding of SEM strategy and Google products (limited to no agency support)Be accountable for achieving ROAS and revenue targets for both brand and non‑brand PPC campaignsUse the full suite of Google Ads tools to achieve results, including manual search campaigns, write and optimize ad copyBrief the creative team on creative assets as neededManage the Google Shopping feed and optimize the feed to drive resultsManage campaign segmentation, audience selection, landing page optimization and conduct advanced ad performance analyticsIndependently and proactively seek out new opportunities for incremental improvements such as new campaigns, campaign splits, targeting new keywords, etc.Proactively monitor performance and make ongoing optimizations as needed, including budget reallocationPrepare and deliver weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc reports as neededDesign, execute, and analyze experiments or A/B tests, iterating quickly to refine and scale tactics that profitably acquire customersWork closely with the wider marketing team, development team, external consultants and vendors to improve marketing technology infrastructureWhat you bring to the table5+ years of experience in PPC ads in a high‑volume e‑commerce environment, could be a mix of agency and client‑sideManaged at least $100k in monthly ad spend in Google AdsStrong knowledge of Google Ads and relevant experience planning and executing campaigns directly on the platformKeen understanding of the pros and cons of different campaign types such as RSA, DSA, manual search and PMaxKnowledge of GA4 and other analytics tools and systemsAbility to extract actionable insights from complex data sets and drive business decisions; naturally numerate/quantitativeA results‑driven, action‑oriented mindset with excellent problem‑solving skillsCuriosity about stickers, printing, and how small businesses and personal users can leverage these products would be an assetIdeally resides in the GTA and will come into the Toronto office each week; remote work is also possibleAuthorized to live and work in CanadaWhy joinA fun and passionate teamAmusing local business with cool products and customersFlexibility to work remotely 3 days per weekCompetitive compensationHealth and dental insuranceDiscounts on industry‑leading products and servicesLocation: Toronto, Ontario, Canada #J-18808-Ljbffr
