We’re looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals to join our dynamic work environment where fun meets results As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding debts, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain accurate records of interactions. What You'll Do: Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to collect overdue payments Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to resolve outstanding debts Document all customer interactions and payment arrangements accurately in the system Follow up with customers to ensure payment agreements are upheld Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for improving collection efforts Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and regulations What We're Looking For: Ability to work full-time (40-hours per week) year-round Flexible availability - shifts will be a mixture of morning, afternoon, and weekends Experience in customer service is required Previous experience in finance or call center environment is an asset Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Why Join Us?
