Personal Lines Insurance Advisor page is loaded## Personal Lines Insurance Advisorlocations: Markham, ON, CANtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R26\_0000000032Built on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers.**Brown & Brown** is seeking a **Personal Lines Insurance Advisor** to join our growing team in **Markham, ON**.**How You Will Contribute:*** Manage phone queue metrics with your team to ensure optimal availability for members* Manage pipeline and quote metrics using CRM software* New business leads to being contacted within service level standards* Follow-up phone calls on warm web leads* Provide exceptional customer experience on the phone and through email* Prepare quotes for new business using ARS or company portals* Provide insurance consultation by recommending appropriate insurance coverage* Partner with Client Service Advisors when troubleshooting files* Keeping current on carrier underwriting, marketplace trends and continuous education* Participating in group marketing events**Skills & Experience to Be Successful:*** RIBO license in good standing* Post-Secondary Education* Strong organizational and time management skills* Ability to multitask using digital procedures and technology* Knowledge of insurance coverages, contracts and familiarity with carrier portals.* Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point. Able to create, edit, and merge letters, spreadsheets, labels, etc.* Proficient knowledge of office equipment (including but not limited to copy machines, printers, faxes etc.)* 2+ experience in the insurance industry, or a related field.**Pay Range**$58,000 - $70,000 Annual*Actual salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and work location.
