Responsibilities Define the segment's strategic vision and ensure alignment with business objectives Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and innovation in products, process and client journey Pilot key initiatives in the segment and coordinate their implementation Work with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Track performance indicators and adjust strategies based on results and market insights Senior Vice‑President – Strategy and client experience leads a team of more than 145 specialists who work agile, proactive and collaborative to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes. The strategy segment is part of a team of 9 colleagues and stands out for its innovative spirit and ability to influence strategic orientations.
