Assist the Centre Director with managing overall operation of the centre, including recruitment and development of staff, management of policies and procedures, child safety, environmental health/hygiene, and province licensing. Ensure that all staff members understand the objectives and expectations within each classroom. Manage administrative tasks such as processing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general communications. Understand and enforce all province regulations within the building. Implement and ensure completion of training for all staff members. Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child. Perform all other duties as assigned.
