Distribution Center Process Engineer

About the Role Louis Vuitton is recruiting a Process Engineer for its Distribution Center in Mississauga, ON, who will ensure the efficiency and visibility of day-to-day operations at the Distribution Center. This role involves supporting and managing all Distribution Center flows, driving continuous improvements, building strong partnerships with Third Parties Logistics (3PLs), supporting on-site inventory control functions, and implementing sustainability projects while consistently meeting or exceeding customer needs. Working closely with the logistics provider, the Process Engineer will optimize lead times and ensure all service levels are met. Job Responsibilities Develop expert-level knowledge of the Louis Vuitton Warehouse Management System and V65 Infolog system, ensuring proper configuration and setup Understand all relevant KPIs & SLAs for the Distribution Center (DC) and lead the 3PL team to success in meeting them Manage User Acceptance Testing (UATs) with the 3PL as required Develop and maintain up-to-date procedures for the DC and validate that best practices are implemented Define and develop continuous improvement projects to increase throughput and decrease cost Implement sustainable initiatives within the DC and logistics loops related to the DC Validate and perform time studies Strongly support the LV & 3PL inventory teams, including overseeing quarterly cycle count progress and inventory accuracy, providing guidance on resolutions, assisting in root cause analyses, and developing corrective action plans to minimize future shrink Review operational workflows and propose process improvements to reduce errors in receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping processes Support with external and internal audit preparations Qualifications Solid understanding of logistics processes, Distribution Center operations, and Inventory Control BA degree in Business or operations or equivalent experience in warehousing operations; Distribution Center experience is a plus Responsible, self‑motivated individual who can work independently and deliver results on time and in full Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail Team‑oriented leader who builds strong partnerships with all relevant departments and internal customers at all levels Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment Very good computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PowerBI Additional Information Louis Vuitton is a company that respects the uniqueness of each employee and offers everyone the means to find their place and prosper.
