If you are motivated, detail-orientated, and ready to take ownership of complex, high-value enquiries, we would like you to apply.We are seeking an experienced Senior Inbound Travel Consultant specialising in ad hoc group proposals across a variety of international markets. In this role, you will lead on conceptualising, costing, and presenting compelling group itineraries that showcase the best South and Southern Africa has to offer.You will collaborate closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers to ensure every proposal is innovative, accurate, and delivered with exceptional attention to detail. This is a senior, customer-facing role suited to someone who takes pride in quality, creativity, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesCreation of tailor-made proposals for inbound ad hoc groupsDesign itineraries that balance creativity, feasibility, and budget requirementsSource and negotiate services with suppliers to secure competitive and high-quality offeringsPrepare detailed costings, quotations, and professional proposal documentsCollaborate with the Group Operations team to ensure seamless handover on confirmationMaintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with destination trends, new experiences, and supplier offeringsRespond efficiently to deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneouslyBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through superior service and communicationQualificationsMinimum 5+ years' experience in inbound travel, specifically group travel proposals/quotationsStrong destination knowledge of South and Southern AfricaProven ability to design creative, tailor-made group itinerariesExcellent costings skills and high attention to detailStrong supplier relationships and negotiation abilityAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver under tight timelinesExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperienced with Reservations systemsIf you are passionate about inbound travel and excel at creating exceptional group travel proposals, we invite you to apply.Preferences will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the provisions of the Employment Equity Act, No. 55 of 1998 (and any amendments thereto), our internal recruitment policy, and our employment equity plan. #J-18808-Ljbffr
