Serve as subject matter expert in specific market segments or analytical methodologies while supporting the broader intelligence function.ResponsibilitiesIdentify trends, patterns, and opportunities across multiple data sources that inform the businessCreate comprehensive market assessments and competitive intelligence reportsLead sophisticated analytical projects from conception through deliveryDesign and execute primary research studies and surveysIn collaboration with the Market Intelligence Manager, define and manage intelligence team deliverables and coordinate the dissemination of this information on an established cadencePrepare intelligence briefings and presentations for client meetingsSupport proposal development with market insights and competitive analysisCollaborate with practice leaders and the Client Engagement team to understand client intelligence needsCreate systems for capturing and sharing knowledge generated during practice meetings and eventsContribute to thought leadership content and industry publicationsDevelop and refine analytical methodologies and best practicesEnsure data quality and analytical rigor across all deliverablesMentor junior team members on analytical techniques and toolsStay current with industry trends and analytical innovationsRequired QualificationsUndergraduate or Masters degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field8+ years of experience in business intelligence, market research, or data analysisExpertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysisExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in design, architecture, or creative industries preferredWe foster a culture that is diverse and inclusive and strive for pay practices that are fair, competitive and reflect our commitment to pay equity.
