  • Demonstrated expertise with JIRA user account administration, configuration, and management. Experience with Atlassian tool configuration and customization knowledge of JIRA, JQL and JIRA APIs; creation of JIRA templates, custom issues and workflows, custom forms, attributes, and development of dashboards and reports.
  • Demonstrated expertise deploying project management tools, methodologies, and best practices – to ensure Atlassian tools are optimized and used to their full capabilities across multiple project streams.
  • Demonstrated experience working with a high level of self-direction, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with project team members, subject matter and technical experts, and stakeholders at all levels.
