We work with creators, startups, and B2B founders to craft narratives, launch digital products, and scale go-to-market execution. We’re hiring a Freelance Content Specialist to support writing, storytelling, and light video scripting across product marketing and brand campaigns. You’ll help shape the voice of early‑stage ventures — across copy, case studies, social media, and on‑screen content. 🛠 What You’ll Do ✍️ Content Writing & Copy Write compelling, high‑quality content across digital formats: Blog posts, thought leadership articles, landing pages, and microsites LinkedIn posts, social captions, email campaigns Case studies and founder/customer stories Convert strategic inputs (positioning, messaging, tone guides) into content that resonates with founders, marketers, and B2B buyers. Repurpose long‑form content into short‑form assets (snippets, quotes, visuals). 🎥 Video Scripting & Interviewing Write video scripts for product explainers, "how to" breakdowns, and campaign launch content. Collaborate with our video team to storyboard educational or performance marketing videos. Occasionally conduct and appear in on‑video interviews (Zoom‑style or in‑studio) with founders and startup teams — especially for content like: Behind‑the‑scenes stories Founder spotlights Growth and GTM interviews 📊 SEO & Content Optimization Use SEO tools like Surfer SEO, Clearscope, Ahrefs, or SEMrush to guide article structure, keyword focus, and optimization. Apply best practices for readability, search performance, and formatting. Monitor performance metrics when applicable and support iteration based on results. 🤖 Content Systems & Publishing Manage and update content calendars using Notion or ClickUp. Publish or format content in WordPress, Webflow, or Framer. Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) to help brainstorm, outline, or refine drafts. 🧬 Who You Are 2–4 years experience writing and producing digital content — ideally in tech, SaaS, or agency environments. Sharp writing instincts with a clear, structured, and human tone. Comfortable writing both short‑form and long‑form content. Confident using SEO tools and adapting content for discoverability. Comfortable on camera or hosting interviews via Zoom, Riverside, or similar platforms. Organized and self‑directed — able to manage timelines and feedback loops remotely. 🌟 Bonus Points Experience as a journalist, interviewer, or YouTube scriptwriter. Familiarity with B2B messaging frameworks or SaaS marketing. Video editing basics (Loom, Descript, CapCut, or similar). Interest in AI, startups, and emerging digital products.
