Showroom Manager

Mondeau Bathroom & Kitchen is a division of Boone Plumbing and Heating Supply Inc., an industry leader in the National Capital Region since 1937. Operating three showrooms in the Ottawa-Gatineau region, we currently have an opening at our west end location for an experienced Showroom Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage showroom staff in the form of motivation, coaching, and providing guidance
• Assist customers in the product selection and purchasing process, ensuring a smooth customer experience
• Address competitive challenges and adjust strategies within the guidelines established by the Sales Manager
• Address customer complaints promptly and strive for total customer satisfaction
• Maintain the showroom displays to ensure they are visually appealing and drive sales

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Sound judgement and strong problem-solving skills
• Product knowledge an asset
• Bilingualism would be an asset (English/French)
