If so, you could be a great fit for our Homeowner Care Coordinator (18 Month Contract) position Reporting to the Manager, Homeowner Care, you will support service request coordination, homeowner communication, and record management across multiple projects. YOU BRING... Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You are a proven self-starter who communicates clearly and professionally, understands prioritization and de-escalation, and is comfortable working independently as well as part of a cross-functional team. WE'D LIKE YOU TO HAVE... 2–3 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles such as Homeowner Care, property management, residential construction, or a related field An understanding of building systems, warranty procedures, and inspection processes Experience with customer service or service request platforms is considered an asset Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage expectations and convey information clearly and professionally Strong organizational skills with the ability to assess issues, determine appropriate next steps, and elevate when required Exceptional calmness and professionalism under pressure Great attention to detail and a highly methodical approach to tasks A sense of humour We know this is a long list. A DAY IN THE LIFE You’ll walk into our vibrant downtown office and grab a cup of Starbucks from our kitchen. As part of the Homeowner Care team, you are key to an extraordinary homeowner and resident experience. You will: Review and respond to service requests across multiple projects in line with warranty response guidelines Track and manage outstanding service items, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up Communicate regularly with homeowners, tenants, and property managers to provide clear status updates Coordinate with internal teams and escalate issues as needed to support timely resolution Assist with issuing notices and guiding residents on what to expect during repair or service work Maintain professional, respectful communication with trades and support follow-up on outstanding work Organize and maintain service, inspection, and QA records from Procore in the Shared Drive Track lock-offs and orientations for outlier units to ensure all homes complete the QA process Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested OUR CULTURE Our diversity enables our creativity.
