Experience driving delivery and consumption plans for cross-functional cloud solutions. Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders or executive leaders. You liaise with the product marketing management and engineering teams to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to Google Cloud products. As an Outcome Technical Sales Specialist Manager, you lead and deploy a team of subject-matter-experts responsible for working alongside our customers to provide trusted technical and solution advice to accelerate workload migration and remove technical blockers. You will foster a culture of technical ownership and understand the mechanics of delivery, and consumption across the Google Cloud portfolio. The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 188,000‑193,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Lead a team of Outcome Technical Sales Specialists, focusing on team culture, strategy, and skills development to deliver cloud outcomes for customers and accelerate value realization. Balance technical leadership with operational excellence, support team’s progress against delivery plans to drive the initial and ongoing ramp of workloads. Develop customer executive relationships and act as a partner on cloud, transformation implementation, expansion opportunities, and escalations. Work cross‑functionally across Google, partners, and your team to resolve technical roadblocks including capacity needs and constraints and product problems affecting customer satisfaction.
