OverviewProvides quality laboratory testing in the Core Lab/ Hematology by observing the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency and safety according to established procedures and policies (IQMH Standards). Ensures that the MLT's and Lab Technicians in the Core Lab/Hematology department of Lab Medicine adhere to the above standards. Maintains open lines of communication with the Director/Manager of Lab Medicine, staff in other lab areas and nursing areas.
