The General Utility Worker I serves a variety of essential back of the house and front of house Food & Beverage (F&B) roles. F&B General Utility Worker II is required to maintain a safe sanitary work environment and required to gain an extensive knowledge of the proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment.Job ResponsibilitiesMonitor and record food and equipment temperatureMaintain a clean and safe working environment including pot/dish wash and deep clean dutiesAttend in-house training sessionsMaintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations alwaysComply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s health and safety policyComply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s policies and proceduresEnsure all food hygiene regulations are adhered toAssist chefs with the checking in of food deliveries ensuring that only the highest standards of produce are accepted into the unitsEnsure that all food storage aligns with food hygiene regulations and that the stock rotation system is being followedPerform cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniturePrepare service area and/or service pointsAccurate storage of food items and equipment after service.At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done makes a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
