Job Description At TD Canada Trust, we are the frontline of TD Bank, building deep relationships with customers through a broad range of service transactions and providing information and advice. In This Role, You Will Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following operating procedures and regulations. Understand and assess customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions, exercising discretion with confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating when necessary. Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and timely. Build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by encouraging team effectiveness and participating in personal development. Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed of routine activity status. Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist. Job Requirements High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage. A go‑getter who exercises initiative, is accurate, detail‑oriented, and manages multiple tasks and changing priorities. A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, capable of verbal and written communication with diverse people.
