The Human Resources Systems Junior Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the development, maintenance and support of the Firm’s HR-related applications and our customer-facing needs. The role is key to our ability to understand issues and improve system processes, workflows and reporting that impact the user’s experience. The individual will assist in the design, documentation and testing of the data architecture within HR systems.
